Sea of Rust by C Robert Cargill This is an apocalypse novel with a bit of a twist because you don't have to wonder whether or not people will survive because everybody's dead. That doesn't mean the world is empty however because what it is populated by is city-running artificial intelligences and robots. It makes for an unusual cast of characters, with some interesting motivations. The idea of robots exterminating humanity, or at least trying to, is a familiar one…
